Trackless is an AI-powered calorie and food tracking app. Just speak or type what you ate and our AI logs the calories and macros for you — no manual searching or barcode scanning required.
How does the free trial work? +
Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial ends, you can choose a subscription plan to continue.
What subscription plans are available? +
We offer two plans: Monthly and Yearly. The yearly plan gives you a significant discount compared to paying monthly. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. You can view the exact pricing in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings:
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Trackless → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trackless → Cancel
Can I get a refund? +
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform. You can request a refund through the App Store or Google Play Store. If you have trouble, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How do I delete my account and data? +
You can delete your account from the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also email us at support@tracklessai.app to request account deletion.
Is my data private and secure? +
